I figure she’ll escape. I’ve read some other reviews that state that there is a drag in Garwood’s stories, I don’t think that’s the case with this one at all. And if the bad guy isn’t acting smart, yet the cops can’t catch him, that makes the cops appear stupid. What more can you ask for? Having said that, I do enjoy their chemistry. She freaked me out so bad, I don’t ever want to read about her anymore ever again. Lots of non-stop action and suspense.
Avery needs to trust and John Paul is the force, the power to ensure a safe relationship.
